These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gloryallstars.co (the “site”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
GloryAllStars is a free, fan‑made reference and leaderboard site for the game Evony: The King’s Return, provided for informational and entertainment purposes.
GloryAllStars is an unofficial fan project. “Evony”, “Evony: The King’s Return”, and all related names, marks, emblems, and imagery are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game’s publisher.
You may create an account by signing in with Discord or Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, agree to provide accurate information, and must not impersonate any other person or organization. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
You may add a display name, profile picture, “About me” text, displayed Glory Forge regalia, and verified in-game identities to your public profile. You must have the right to use anything you upload. Your content must not be unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, or impersonating another person or organization. We may hide or remove content, revoke verification, or restrict an account when necessary to protect the community.
The site’s original design and original content are owned by GloryAllStars. Game names, marks, emblems, and competitive standings belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference and fan purposes.
If optional paid, appearance-only GloryForge regalia are offered, their fixed contents, exact price, delivery, entitlement, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Review the Supporter Collection Purchase Terms. Approved or legally required refunds revoke only the related cosmetic entitlement; they do not affect Community Favorite.
Community Favorite is free and uses separate, versioned rules for participation, allocation, scoring, and winner selection. Review the Community Favorite Event Rules before joining. No purchase can add points or voting power. If those rules conflict with these Terms, the event rules control only for Community Favorite.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Leaderboard data is captured from publicly visible standings and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You use the site at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GloryAllStars will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
