Terms version: gloryforge-store-v3. These Purchase Terms supplement the GloryAllStars Terms of Service. The seller and digital-service operator is GloryAllStars, India. Before checkout, the purchaser must actively accept the current terms; the website securely records the terms version, agreement code, time, product, and price.
By purchasing, I accept the GloryForge Supporter Collection Purchase Terms. The selected SKU delivers only the exact fixed, non-random digital cosmetics and final USD price shown before PayPal approval; there are no loot boxes, mystery contents, cash prizes, or cash redemption. For Ember Patron Sigil, the fixed contents include seven code-rendered continent portrait-frame colorways plus Name Aura and Presence Crest access through Rank 2. Delivery requires a signed-in GloryAllStars Google or Discord account and a successfully captured, server-verified PayPal payment. The entitlement is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, and is a limited right to display the cosmetic through GloryAllStars, not ownership of the art, model, animation, software, or underlying intellectual property. I confirm that I am at least 18, or the age of majority where I live, and authorized to use the payment account or funding method. This purchase grants zero Glory Points, zero votes, and zero voting power or competitive advantage; it cannot change Community Favorite, which is free-only, or any Predictor or event result, rank, eligibility, prize, or visibility. Approved or legally required refunds are returned through the original payment method and revoke only the affected order's benefits. If points or cosmetic entitlements tied to a refunded or reversed transaction were already used, they are removed from the allocation, profile slot, or other place where they were used. This collection never grants points, so a refund or reversal removes only its affected cosmetics; an equipped slot returns to Origin or another owned item, while Community Favorite points, allocations, rank, and results remain unchanged. A dispute, chargeback, reversal, unauthorized-payment report, or conflicting provider state may quarantine or revoke only the affected order; resolution does not automatically restore an entitlement and any restoration requires separate manual review and server verification. Checkout or delivery may be paused for security, provider, legal, asset, or service issues. If an item cannot be delivered and no substantially equivalent remedy is agreed, the affected purchase is refunded. Provider, card-issuer, statutory, and non-waivable consumer rights remain available. Material changes require a new terms version and fresh acceptance for new orders.

Each listing includes exactly the GloryForge profile items shown under "You receive." There are no loot boxes, chance-based outcomes, mystery contents, cash prizes, or cash redemption. An individually numbered Season 18 edition identifies a purchase; it does not promise a limited quantity unless a future listing clearly states a limit and the website enforces it.
The Community Favorite Dragon Sovereign winner frame and Predictor podium relics are not sold through this collection. The seven Ember Patron frame designs are animated portrait frames. The three interactive premium frames use separate supporter-only 3D designs. None reuse those event rewards.
A Supporter Collection purchase grants zero Glory Points and zero voting power. It does not add Community Favorite votes, alter a score or rank, enter a contest, improve eligibility, increase public-profile visibility, or create a right to any event prize. Free Community Favorite participation remains governed by the Community Favorite Event Rules.
For security, our server checks the item, USD price, and currency. You will see the final PayPal amount before approving the payment. We currently add no separate tax charge. If tax must be collected, checkout will be paused or updated to show it before payment. PayPal or your bank may apply currency conversion or other charges and show its own notices. PayPal may not work in every region, including India. If checkout is unavailable, contact us through the Open Ticket channel on Discord or email hello@gloryallstars.co, and we will try to help you find another payment option.
Delivery requires a signed-in GloryAllStars account using Google or Discord. The purchaser must be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live, and authorized to use the PayPal account or funding method. False credentials, unauthorized payments, automation, chargeback abuse, and attempts to duplicate purchased items are prohibited. Purchases are void where prohibited.
After PayPal confirms payment and our server checks it, the listed profile items are added to the signed-in account. Retrying delivery cannot add duplicate paid items. If delivery is delayed, the order remains pending until it is resolved; we do not mark it delivered early.
Purchased profile items stay with the account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and may not be sold, gifted, or withdrawn. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, they remain in My GloryForge while the service operates. The customer may display them through GloryAllStars but does not own the underlying art, model, animation, software, or other intellectual property.
Contact hello@gloryallstars.co with the account email and PayPal transaction ID for a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, wrong item, failure to deliver, material technical defect, cancelled product, or any refund required by applicable law. We may also consider a prompt change-of-mind request when the profile item has not been applied or materially used. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer, payment-provider, card-issuer, or statutory rights.
An approved refund is returned through the original payment method. The refunded profile items are removed from the account. If points or profile items tied to a refunded or reversed payment were already used, they are removed from where they were used. This collection includes zero points, so its refund removes only the affected profile items; a profile slot returns to its default design or another item the customer owns. Community Favorite points, votes, rank, and results remain unchanged.
A PayPal dispute, bank reversal, chargeback, reported unauthorized payment, or conflicting payment state may place only the affected purchased items and order under review. A final refund or reversal removes those items. Ending the dispute does not automatically restore them; any restoration requires a separate manual review and server check. Community Favorite remains unchanged.
We may pause checkout or delivery to address a security incident, provider outage, legal requirement, asset defect, or serious service problem. If a purchased item cannot be delivered and no suitable solution is agreed, the affected purchase will be refunded. Important changes to these terms receive a new version and must be accepted for new orders.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without restricting a mandatory consumer court, forum, or remedy available where the purchaser lives.
